I've been on BP for a few yrs now, and just now doing an intro post! I live on the border of CT and RI. My husband is a builder so rehabs and flips are definitely a possibility but I toss around the idea of rentals as well. I've helped many clients find deals and thinking 2026 is my year to jump in.
