Hi everyone, I’m Richard Bell, CEO of Bell Innovative Technology and Bell Innovative Alliance. I have experience in real estate, note selling, and mortgages, and I’m here to expand my network and connect with investors, property owners, and industry professionals.

My business model is centered on buying houses, which drives all other parts of my operation. I’m aiming to close 10 deals per month by Q1 next year, and I already have buyers lined up actively looking for properties.

I’m primarily investing in the Dallas/Fort Worth market, and I also work in Florida as a secondary area.
