Just wanted to drop a quick intro. I’m an Architect and Project Manager based in Costa Rica. We specialize in helping international investors navigate the development process—from feasibility studies to final construction delivery.

I know building abroad can be a black box for a lot of people. My goal is to bring some transparency to the process so you don't get hit with hidden costs or surprise regulations.
