Hey Bigger Pockets community! My name is Lency im based out of Hawaii and Alaska but am starting my first investment in Birmingham (just put an offer in on my first place)!
I have been in the marketing and entrepreneurial industries over the last 10 years helping build and grow businesses. I've had a few large real estate projects I've worked on over the last few years with other investors and have a passion for the beautifully chaotic game it can be. I'm moving full time into growing my own real estate investing business and am excited to connect, learn, and grow with all of you!
