Hello everyone,

I am looking to start investing in flipping homes to invest in rental properties as the owner of a new business. It appears real estate offers less risk. I have a lot to learn, and hope to have a lot of fun while building my portfolio.

Love the vision—using flips to fund rentals is a proven path with your business edge. Two quick moves: start with one light cosmetic flip (under $20k rehab) to test your team and numbers, then recycle proceeds into a simple cash-flow rental so you build both skills and portfolio fast.

What’s your target market and rough budget for that first flip?
