Hey everyone, my name’s Chris Scheffler. I’m a licensed REALTOR based in New Hampshire and also licensed in Maine and Massachusetts. I work in residential sales, land, and investment-focused transactions, including off-market opportunities, wholesaling, and dispositions. Before real estate, I spent years in construction and later worked on nuclear submarines for the U.S. Navy, which shapes how I evaluate properties, risk, and long-term value. Becoming an investor myself has been a goal of mine for years, and I’m setting 2026 as the year I finally make some moves. I joined this community to learn from people who’ve been there, share experiences, and contribute wherever I can. Looking forward to connecting with everyone.
