New Member Intro
Hi. As directed, here is my new member intro. I'm relatively new to the St. Louis area, and completely new to REI. After assessing my lifestyle, resources and location, the plan is to pursue buy and hold properties and self-manage. I'm not looking to build an empire - just a nice little fiefdom, if that makes sense. I'm open to suggestions, and have been reading everything I can get my hands on, trying to catch up on a topic I've been curious about for years, but never had an opportunity to get involved with.
