Hello everyone,
As a carpenter and handyman, I've had an interest in rehabbing my entire adult life and have decided to stop being afraid of making a move. I would like to do mostly fix and flip with a few good rentals in between. I've been lurking for about a year now on bigger pockets and, look forward to all the information I can glean as a member.
