Hello to the community, I am new here and just wanted to drop in and say what's up. I have purchased my first property and made my first mistakes.. I am not sure what i want to do with it. My original plan was to wholesale and i might still do that if i can find the right buyer. Well i am sure i will figure it out sooner or later..
