Hi I'm a new member and I'm looking for recommendations on how to organize properties? Should I buy in my name, LLC or trust? When I buy more properties should I create new LLC or trust for each one? I was told I should form holding company and have separate LLC for each property I buy and have them all roll up to holding company. All a bit confusing. Any suggestions welcome.
