New investor in Omaha, NE
I'd love to connect with folks investing in Omaha. I have two possible paths I'm going to take...
1. my family and I live in an RV while I travel for work making 2-3x my normal salary and start by renting out our house. Then saving the extra income for down payments for the next properties
2. we decide we can't do RV living and we do a live in brrr every year for as long as we can. I'm handy so I can do all the work myself.
