Hi everyone — I’m Heidi 👋

I work directly with a small, locally owned home builder in Montgomery County TX and help buyers and investors purchase move-in-ready new construction homes. Many of our homes include builder warranties and, in some cases, closing cost incentives, which can make the numbers a little easier on the front end.

I’m here to connect with agents and investors who are active in residential real estate, build relationships, and learn from the community. Happy to share inventory, collaborate, or be a resource on the new construction side if helpful.
