Long Time Reader First Time Poster!

Hi all, I'm a somewhat experienced real estate investor at this point. I have my own lead generation/wholesaling company but also a decent portfolio of 94 rentals, a mix of 1-4 unit residential properties. I'm hoping to have 100 by March! 

I also flip and have built from the ground-up. I've been a listener of the podcasts for years. Now I made an account to interact and help out others, see what I can learn as well! 

I came out of college lost, like most, and with debt, again like most...I started out by working for a build developer in my area. From there, I learned the business the hard way. And, I saved up quite a bit before doing my first deal. Now, I mostly fund with hard money, though I have a few private money lenders as well, and refinance with DSCR lenders. My goal is to have over 300 rentals in the next 3 years.
