Newb Introduction (Indiana)

New to real estate investing and looking to purchase my first investment property this year.

Located in Lafayette, IN, looking to buy and hold locally first to get my feet wet, then expand once it all makes sense to me.

I'm interested in networking with anyone and everyone- so please drop me a line. I'm at the research, research, research phase right now and learning as much as I can.

If anyone needs a 'boots on the ground' partner in the Indy or Lafayette area, I'm your guy.

Welcome aboard, @Matt Sondgeroth . Buying local for your first deal is a smart way to shorten the learning curve before scaling.
