Hello all from San Diego, CA
Just joined and a long time listener to the BP podcast. I am located in San Diego, CA. And I am contract aerospace engineer.
My goals are to slowly replace my active income with passive income and I am wanting to invest out of state since the numbers seem to work better. I currently own two rentals here in Southern California but am looking in Texas maybe Tennessee.
Just wanted to introduce myself and looking forward to learning as I consider myself still quite a noob!!
