hello

very new to real estate. i want to start making my money work for me. i work in the financial industry and just tired of the stock market.

i am looking to buy a property to rent out. can be out of state, hopfully in the 30k range so i can pay cash on it and get a good rent back each month.

any suggustions on the area?
