I am originally from NY.
After some successfull realestate ventures,
I thought it might be interesting to invest
in solar housing.

It was my dream to build solar housing in
central florida. Well I made a gallant attempt
but was forced to abandon that prospect
when I encountered an unreceptive buildings
commission.

Serveral years forward I got into note brokering.
A year later I had an accident during the infamous,
Charlie barage of hurricanes in central florida.

So, with quite a bit of running around requirements
I had to give up that.

In the last few years I have met with success in
the online marketing arena.

This has restored my entrenprenurial spirit and I am
back for a taste of my first love-- realestate and how I
can contribute to make a better housing marketplace
for all involved.

Of late I have been getting serveral pre-forclosure leads.
I realize in order to take advantage of these leads. i need
some cash to play with. So I have come to this forum to
see what my options really are in the pre-forclosure marketplace.

Anything advice and support would be greatly appreaciated.

K Smith
