Hey everyone, my name's Ellis Kirkland, and I love the real estate game. The ins and outs of the process seem so interesting to me, so I wanted to introduce myself and connect with some great people that really know their stuff. I'm interested in the commercial side of real estate, but I really want to focus on multifamily apartments in the long run. I'm excited about starting my career with a foot in the door learning as much information as I can and knowing some amazing people, and with that comes some questions:

What are your thoughts on beginning? Can it be daunting to set things into motion once you're ready?

And what would you believe the best way to actually start would be? Joining an REIA, working under a broker, etc.?

Feel free to connect, I'd love to hear from some seasoned professionals and people with great advice.

Thanks, Ellis Kirkland
