My name is Jim and I am from Pittsburgh, PA I live a little bit North of Pgh in a place called Cranberry Twp. I am looking to wholesale, flip, rehab and purchase cash flow properties for retirement.

I am a real estate and mortgage broker but am new to investing. Looking forward to gaining knowledge from this site.
