New Guy Here
Hello all, been listening to the podcast for about 6-8 months now and have learned a ton! Finally on the forum and hope to start investing late this year or early next year. The reason I say late this year is because my fiancée and I are getting married later this month then we both have a little credit card debt to pay off before we start. Technically I guess you could say we've already started, but it wasn't intentional. When she moved in with me, we rented out her house through a friend of her family that runs a business doing it. Can't wait to learn more and start asking/contributing. Looking forward to everyone's tips and experience.
