Newbie From Walnut Creek, CA (Bay Area)
Hi Everyone,
I just joined BP and I am excited to learn more about real estate investing - specifically wholesaling. I have been in the mortgage lending industry for many years. I have owned several rental properties in the past and have done 2 rehabs/flips back in the day. I'd like to get back into real estate investing so I can save for my kids' college tuition and my retirement.
