Intro and STR Management!
Hey everyone! Excited to be a part of the BP Community.
I wanted to hop in and introduce myself. My name is Jake, and I've been an operator in the CRE space for the last 10 years. Me and my business partner just launched a STR Property Management company based out of Boise, ID, and we're wanting to meet folks who have done the same, or might be looking for a PM for their STR portfolio.
We currently have four properties, and are looking to scale this year. We are a team of three, and have 20 years experience between us! Would love to join in on any meaningful conversations, as well as gain any insights from all of you.
