First time investor

Hello everyone, my name is Mark, I am a retiree living in NYC. I have some real estate investment experience in the past, but i do not have any properties. I am interested in acquiring my first property out of state, possibly Indiana or Ohio but I'm open to whatever location checks off the boxes I need. I am hoping that I can get the right tools and information from this community to help me get my first investment property.

important you make a buy box. pricing, location (get 1-2 zip code specific) and property type. Be an expert in your field so there are no surprises. you do this by analyzing 2-3 deals a day. after 2-3 weeks - you'll know a market better than most. good luck!
