I actually reside in Saint Petersburg as well as work with investors in Florida as well as Nationwide. In a way that helps remove the learning curve and gap for anyone looking to learn to build and manage an REI Portfolio.

Florida is an amenity state so its a little easier to find a hidden gem versus other states like CA, NY, NJ, CT, or other states with a higher sale prices and taxes! Pinellas County is one of the "Hot Hubs" in Florida and over the next 3-5 years it will regenerate from a partial decline in certain neighborhoods to increasing by the Gulf Coast Beaches.
