I live in the greater Phoenix, AZ area. I am in the business of purchasing rental property, tax liens, and tax deeds. Prior to COVID, I owned a portfolio of cash and Section 8 rental properties. I was also actively fixing and flipping distressed properties. COVID made it difficult to flip houses because of the lack of workers. I also had two Section 8 properties substantially destroyed by tenants. I sold all of my properties and did not begin to pursue new rentals until mid-2025. I will close my first new rental property in February 2026 and have two more in negotiations. I am always looking for funding opportunities.
