Hello I'm a new investor in Katy, Texas and Houston, Texas.

I'm not experienced although I have done a lot of research. I figure I need to start putting it into practice.

I don't have a defined strategy yet but am willing to learn anything or help any experienced investor out to learn some of the ropes.

I've learned so much from BiggerPockets I would like to contribute some small amount back.
