Good Morning community. My wife and I will be purchasing our first investment property in Fall of '26 in on the Gulf Coast of FL. Larger goal is to build a small portfolio combining STR and MTR allowing for substantial personal use, offsetting payments with rental income, and seeking long term appreciation. Looking forward to learning from everyone, refining my strategies, and hopefully one day having enough knowledge to add to the discussion!
