My name is Juan Diego, and I'm a lending strategist with Isa-Edu Private Lender. We are based out of the Lehigh Acres / SWFL area, but we actively fund deals across all of Florida. We specialize in providing fast, reliable hard money and bridge capital to real estate investors looking to scale their portfolios.

I'm joining this platform to network with active operators, learn from your experiences in the trenches, and share my own insights from the lending and underwriting side. From what I'm seeing in today's market, the investors who are winning the best deals are the ones who have speed and certainty of execution on their side.

Quick question for the active investors here: What is the biggest bottleneck you are seeing in your business right now? Is it sourcing the off-market deals, or having the reliable capital to close them in less than 10 days?
