Shane Flickinger - New and Eager
Hi everyone,
My name is Shane Flickinger, I’m 24 years old, and I currently work full-time as a project manager for a larger company. I’m exploring whether a career in real estate might be the right path for me.
I’m interested in wholesaling as I don’t yet have the capital to buy or flip houses. I honestly have no clue about real estate. Something about me though is I bring a strong work ethic, a love for learning, and a genuine passion for networking and making connections.
If anyone has some time for a quick call, I’d love to ask a few questions, learn from your experience, and just get a better sense of the industry. I’m also very open to mentorship and would be grateful to connect with anyone willing to share insights.
