Closing on my first property in 4 days!!
Hello everyone, I'm closing on my first property in 4 days. I'm excited and nervous at the same time. I have spent the last year saving, reading as many books as I could, listening to podcasts, watching videos, and talking with people through forums. And, yet I still feel unready (though I assume I'd feel this way even if I had 100 properties). Any advice for a first time investor who is about to sign on the dotted line? Thanks in advance.
