Hey BP community, JB here out of Houston TX.
I've been in construction and real estate for over 30 years. Started as a handyman, became a GC, built and sold hundreds of deals, did massive development projects, and eventually transitioned into consulting full time. I work with real estate investors, developers, and private lenders on the construction side of their projects.
I've consulted for billion dollar REITs, worked with insurance companies and attorneys on construction disputes, and reviewed bids for everyone from first time flippers to large scale commercial developers. I'm also an accredited inspector and an active investor, never lost money on a deal.
My focus is Houston and surrounding markets but I work with out of state investors buying here regularly.
I'm not here to sell anything. I'm here because this is where serious investors hang out and I enjoy straight conversations about real deals with people who are actually doing the work.
