Novice in CRE and trying to learn as much as I can

Hi everyone, my name is Parker and I'm from Atlanta. I want to get into the CRE industry with the goal of becoming an investor as quickly as possible.

Obviously the BiggerPockets books and podcasts are great ways of learning, but what are some other must read CRE books that everyone recommends. As well as different ways to put yourself out there and connect with like minded people to look for opportunities. I look forward to reading about everyone's insight.
