Hi there! My name is Allie and I currently work with my family. We have a concierge-level service business. We offer everything from auto transport, to home management, and airport transfers. You name it, we handle it. Given my experience, specifically with home management and client relations, I want to start 1. Investing in myself by LEARNING about real estate, followed by 2. Apply what I have learned, lean on mentors for guidance, and start investing in my first property (which will then hopefully turn into many properties).

I am definitely a Rookie but am excited to be here. I look forward to making new connections and developing my skills in this arena! If anyone has any additional resources they recommend for learning, please feel free to share with me. Thanks so much!

Hi @Allie Sefton, nice to meet you here on BP! As you learn, try to review as many real deals as possible and practice running the numbers so you develop a feel for what makes a deal work. That’s something we do a lot in our Co Investing Club, investors walk through real opportunities together and evaluate risks and assumptions.
