Hey everyone, wanted to introduce myself.

I’m Joshua, retired Army combat veteran and visually impaired investor of people and homes. I’m focused on building not just real estate, but community-centered models around homes, food, and shared responsibility.

Over the past season, I’ve been working on:

• o a small-scale community garden
• o building systems that don’t rely on one person
• o learning (sometimes the hard way) how to move from doing everything myself… to creating structure others can step into

I’m active in real estate, but my intent isn’t just deals.

I enjoy connecting with people who are building intentionally, learning from those further ahead and contributing where there’s space.

Curious though - who else here is building with community or long-term impact in mind?
