Just saying hello

Hi everyone,

Just introducing myself, I did already post this but it was removed because apparently I was self promoting so I'll be extra careful not to trigger the filters.

I am based in London in the UK and have been involved in just about every aspect of the UK property market over the last 7.5 years. I am also heavily involved in Mining and Natural resources.

Due to the dreadful environment in the UK at the moment it is extremely difficult to actually make any money in real estate so I am shifting my focus and investments to the US which offers a significantly better environment for building wealth.

My strategy is Section 8 SFR in the midwest and southeast and I'm looking to connect with anyone in that space to see how we can collaborate.

Great question! You are looking to invest in section 8 rentals in the Midwest and looking to connect with professionals in this space.

Congratulations on looking at the Midwest market as it is holding up well and seen as still affordable with a high quality of life.

There are many markets in Michigan where you can do well with section 8 rentals. We would encourage you to consider focusing on duplexes as you should alway have a rent check coming in.
