My name is David Olusola, software developer and automation consultant.
I don't invest in real estate myself but I've spent the last couple of years building custom software for real estate teams and investor-friendly agents. CRMs, lead tracking, automated follow-ups, that kind of thing.
Got into this space almost by accident. A real estate client needed something their existing tools couldn't do and I built it for them. Been focused on the industry ever since.
