Willing to learn

Good morning, all! My name is Joseph, and I'm from Oxon Hill, MD. There are a few things that I want to learn as far as real estate investing and flipping goes. The money that I do have goes toward the rent and bills of the house, so that depletes the possibility of using my own money for anything. I would like to learn to use resources to no money down flips and purchases.

You could look into wholesaling. If you're just wanting to learn more about how to get started with no funds I am currently reading "Nothing Down for the 2000's" by Robert G. Allen and it gives some ways of doing so. The general trick is to find people who just want out. I think it cost me $7.00 on Amazon. Could be worth your time to read. They explain negotiating, cap rates, and other common terminology.
