Complete and Total Failure

Hello!  I am a total failure.  My passion was real estate investing, I tried so hard my entire life and failed it, miserably.  I lost it all.  Maybe it's because I had no support, no family, no mentor, no anything, and limited intelligence.  Now over age 60, needless to say in this economy, I am in trouble.  I do have one asset, only one, and that is a remote acre of land near Tombstone Az.  I am looking for advice on what to do with it. Pearce is hardly even on the map, it's a residential area in a remote part of southern Arizona.  I need to find out what to do to gain income from that acre and the details on zoning are too complicated, so is how to go about doing anything.  My current income is a disability check for $835 month.  Last week I found myself in a food bank line.  I had the potential to make $15K a month instead, but I gave it away.  Like I said, very limited intelligence, advice desperately needed.
