Hi everyone,

My name is Muhammad Ashraf, and I’m excited to join the BiggerPockets community. I’m really interested in real estate and learning more about property, measurements, and smart investing.

I’ve been working on a simple online tool called SquareFootCalc that helps calculate square footage quickly and accurately. I built it to solve a common problem I noticed when measuring spaces.

I’m here to learn from experienced members, share ideas, and connect with others in the community. Looking forward to gaining knowledge and contributing wherever I can.
