New REI Rookie
Hi everyone! I'm extremely new to REI and right now I'm in the learning stages. I've always wanted to learn about real estate investing, but I had no idea where to start until I found a Bigger Pockets blog called "The Ulimate Beginner's Guide To Real Estate Investing". It was exactly what I needed to figure out a great overview of REI. I'm now listening to "The Book On Rental Property Investing" by Brandon Turner and I'm loving it. Even though I don't plan on buying my first property until 2031, by 2031 I've set out goals to learn how to gather education and market knowledge, build a financial foundation and learn about financing options and lending requirements, create a consistent system to evaluate property investment potential, and build relationships with real estate professionals. So I'm excited to meet new professionals here and look forward to learning and interacting with everyone.
