Sup ya'll, I'm Jesse, long time reader of Biggerpockets literature, figured I'd finally make an account and get in the mix. I'm still a real estate investing virgin but have been making plans for awhile now to use my upcoming modest inheritance for a down payment on a house hack, and leveraging that to start BRRRR'ing my way towards financial freedom.
