Hello Everyone! I am a new member here. I am looking to find investors to help me grow my portfolio. I am going to try to whole sale and just find investment properties for myself too! anyone have any advice ? I am currently in the Knoxville TN area.

First, make sure of what the wholesaling laws are in your state. In Pennsylvania, where I’m from, as of about a year ago, wholesaling is illegal, unless there is a double closing and both sets of Real Estate transfer taxes are paid. In other words, you can’t sell a contract that you’ve made with a seller to another buyer and jump one set of transfer taxes.
