Hi everyone—glad to be here!
I’ve spent over 20 years in real estate operations and property management, primarily working with small to mid-size multifamily portfolios. My experience has focused on the day-to-day side of real estate—overseeing leasing, tenant relations, maintenance, renovations, and stabilizing underperforming assets across residential and commercial portfolios.
Over time, I’ve found that the biggest challenges for most owners aren’t always the deals themselves, but what happens after acquisition—tenant screening, maintenance coordination, turnover, and overall operational structure. When those pieces aren’t aligned, performance tends to suffer.
My focus is on helping owners improve how their properties actually run; creating systems and structure that lead to more consistent performance, especially for those managing properties themselves or preparing to scale.
I’m based in the Maryland/DC region, with experience also in the New York market, and I tend to work most closely with owners in the 10–100 unit range.
Looking forward to connecting and contributing here. If anyone is dealing with operational challenges or just wants another perspective on their portfolio, always open to a conversation.

Hey Robin, your post stood out—especially your focus on operations after acquisition. That’s exactly the piece I’m building around right now.
I’m currently putting together an 18-unit value-add deal in Mississippi with strong upside through rent increases and improved operations.
I’m looking to connect with someone experienced on the property management and stabilization side, and your background seems like a great fit.
Would you be open to taking a quick look at the deal and sharing your thoughts? Potentially could be a good fit to collaborate.
