Hi,
I'm Brice, located in the Dayton, Ohio region and decided to finally start posting on BP. I'm a veteran who is an intelligence analyst, with an background/education in personal finance who has always loved real estate and building a business. I've been investing in real estate off and on since 2012 and looking to grow significantly over the next several decades.
I'm focused on building cashflow through multifamily properties and fixer uppers for long term holds, as well as flips in the Dayton area. Right now I'm looking to find good people that are excited to share knowledge, contacts, experiences and stories. Had a few rough experiences in the past, so hoping to build a team in the region that we can share in each others victories and success.
In my personal life I love watching college football, playing golf, traveling, playing with my dog, and watching movies. My dream is to buy a villa in Lake Como, Italy and one day play at Augusta National. My nightmare is knowing how badly I would score at Augusta National.
