Hi @Tim M. nice to meet you here on BP! that foundation will serve you well. As you make the jump, focus on a simple first deal you can underwrite conservatively. Know your numbers, rents, expenses, vacancy...and make sure it still works with a little margin for error. The biggest shift now is from learning to doing. You’ll learn more from one real deal than five more years of content.
