Hi BP Community - Introduction from Houston
My name is Cole. I'm a Houston-based finance and accounting grad with a few months free before starting a corporate job in the fall, and I'm using that time to learn real estate investing as seriously as I can.
My long-term goal is to build a rental portfolio in Houston, starting with an owner-occupant purchase around mid-2027. I want to understand the market, the numbers, and the operational side from the ground up while I have the time and bandwidth to be fully present.
Here's what I'm offering: if you're an active Houston investor with deals in the pipeline and tasks piling up that you don't want to touch, I'll do it. Underwriting, running comps, deal analysis, spreadsheets, research, coordinating — whatever it is. No pay needed. I have a genuine analytical background and I learn fast. I just want reps and real exposure.
