Saving up for my first property 😊

Good afternoon everyone! Discovered bigger pockets and the book house hacking… and here I am! With high hopes of one day being able to buy my first investment property. Looking at potentially out of state for my first one. Open to advice. The goal is to land a duplex and rent it out somewhere less expensive than Miami (lol). And would like my second property to be in the mountains. STR I’m a complete beginner! Thank you all for reading!
