Haven't even explored site yet just creating this but I'm a real estate pro
No idea if people use this board like this. I don't really know what I'm doing here yet. But I am in Los Angeles, very bullish on LA & greater California, experienced real estate professional, avid traveler, workaholic explorative type with tons of construction, trade, property management, permitting, political, economics, nonprofit and adventure experience. I haven't bought my first solo place yet, but I oversee a portfolio of 250 apartment/housing units, 30 renovations/yr, whilst running a separate HVAC business and I love doing all the stuff but its also time to expand and start getting a piece of the rock.
Love to talk to anyone who has info, especially if into the Los Angeles area and greater California, and people in general who love their corner of the business and want to converse. maybe I'll explore this site and want to take this ad down, but at this juncture I'll give it a go. Thanks
