Im happy to join this community. I created an account in the past but never really logged in. My day job is working as a private money broker. I first started working in the mortgage world in 2022, but it was more retail. Then I shifted over to the investment side in 2023, opened my own brokerage and haven't looked back since. I basically started my own book of business by creating a facebook group of investors that were looking for loans, that most hard money lenders couldn't offer. My goal right now is to continue doing what im doing, and one day get into note investing or buying Commercial Properties.

Welcome @Daniel Adu-Boateng! You’re in a great spot since lending gives you exposure to patterns most investors never see. You get to watch what structures work, where deals fail, and how operators behave under pressure. That experience becomes incredibly valuable if you move into note investing or commercial real estate later.
