Networking Oppurtunities for a Beginner

Hi All,

I'm looking to step in REI, specifically sourcing distressed SFR's to flip. I work in RE development and am eager to take the next step and start a project on my own. I'm was hoping to start networking and learning about distressed markets in and around the Seattle. I'm looking for forums and networking events for someone who is just about getting started. Appreciate all the insights!
